Latina Surge proactively addresses disparities in the workplace by offering solutions-based tools and techniques for the advancement of women.
Most simply put, our collective goal is to achieve positive impact by helping multicultural women actively form self-empowered paths towards parity, access and wealth.
Our plan to achieve this is by continuing to provide education about our growing demographic and applying this information towards positive reward opportunities in the marketplace and government.
We partner with companies, organizations and foundations seeking to lead in social responsibility in Diversity, Inclusion and Cultural Intelligence.
We seek partnerships with entities authentically committed to making a significant difference; exemplifying to industry competition, what it takes to be best-in-class in social responsibility supporting the most underserved communities of women.
Latina Surge’s vision is to effectuate the highest levels of inclusion in business and society through the realization of self-empowerment, where women and women of color learn how to utilize information to proactively and intentionally improve their personal and professional lives, and that of their families.
