Latina Surge is a 501c3 national non-profit registered with the IRS as a tax-exempt charitable and educational organization.

We are inclusive of all individuals joining our membership and leadership teams.

While we serve specific underserved communities, we do so through positive action together as one diverse community.

We welcome anyone dedicated and interested in learning and growing together.

We seek individuals with special talents and expertise to help us reach our goals in leadership roles.

Latina Surge advocates for Diversity & Inclusion, and shares awareness on relevant issues to educate its members, affiliates, partners and sponsors.

Our mission is to work towards the empowerment of underrepresented groups including women and women of color in corporate America, business, government and society.

Latina Surge proactively addresses disparities in the workplace by offering solutions-based tools and techniques for women.

Most simply put, our collective goal is to achieve impact, forming a self-empowering, self-created path for women and women of color towards inclusion, parity and wealth through positive action.

Our plan to achieve this is by continuing to provide education about our growing demographic and applying this information towards positive reward opportunities in the marketplace and government.

We partner with companies, organizations and foundations seeking to lead in social responsibility in Diversity, Inclusion and Cultural Intelligence.

We seek partnerships with entities authentically committed to making a significant difference; exemplifying to industry competition, what it takes to be best-in-class in social responsibility supporting the most underserved communities of women.

Latina Surge’s vision is to effectuate the highest levels of inclusion in business and society through the realization of self-empowerment, where women and women of color learn how to utilize information to proactively and intentionally improve their personal and professional lives, and that of their families.
