Yes. Latina Surge National is a fully inclusive non-profit. All women, men and agender individuals interested in volunteering to support our inclusive mission are welcome to participate and/or lead. While our focus is to serve the most underrepresented communities (the Latina/o/x communities), we support initiatives in partnership with all underrepresented groups, and facilitate community building via education and training on bias and cultural intelligence. We welcome Allies seeking to create parity.
